Our dress rental process is simple and convenient. First, browse our collection of designer clothing via our website or Instagram page. Once you've found the perfect item, select your rental duration,  and then add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

If you need postage, please make sure to add it to cart when checking out! For all postal hires I need a photo of ID sent to me through DM. 

We will sort pickup times through Instagram DM. For weekend hires all returns are Sunday anytime or Monday before 5pm. For weekday hires all returns are required back by 5pm the next day. Failure to return in time will result in a $10 late fee per day.

We take care of all the cleaning so you can enjoy wearing the latest fashion trends at a fraction of the price and commitment!

Accidents can happen, and we understand that. Please notify us immediately if you accidentally damage or stain. We have a dedicated team to assess and handle such situations. Depending on the damage or stain extent, you may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you. We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage and stains. We take great care to maintain the quality of our items, so we appreciate your honesty and timely reporting of any issues!

Absolutely! Postal hires are common and very easy. Just make sure you press postage on your checkout and we will do the rest!

All postal hires are sent express the Tuesday of the week of your hire- it should arrive to you Thursday or Friday just in time for the weekend.

We require all postal hires to be put back in the post on the following Monday.

Postal hires require a photo of ID for proof of identity- please send this through via Instagram DM when booking! Please reach out if you require any more information.

Absolutely! Please feel free to reach out for any additional information about extended hires. Each additional weekend is priced at an additional 50% on the original hire rate.

Just be sure to message me before booking so we can organise everything smoothly. As with all hires, the item is in your care; if anything goes missing, the full replacement cost will apply.
