Terms and Conditions of Renting with By Tuesday Rentals:
By Renting through By Tuesday Rentals, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Payments/Cancellations:
Hires cannot be held without payment. All payments are final. Returns/refunds will not be issued, a store credit is offered if the hire needs to be cancelled but it must be cancelled BEFORE PICKUP. Once a hire has left our premises it is classed as a hire and change of mind/exchanges for a credit will not be issued.
Returns:
All hires are to be returned By Tuesday- being anytime Sunday or Monday before 5PM. Weekday hires must be returned by 5PM the following day. Any late returns will be charged $10 per day late. Hires are considered a non-return after 20 days and the client will be charged 100% of the RRP. By Tuesday holds the right to charge this straight to your account.
Cleaning:
Please return all items unwashed. Dry cleaning costs are included in the hire price. If the item needs any additional dry cleaning (as determined by the dry cleaners and By Tuesday) then the additional fees must be paid by the hirer. By Tuesday holds the right to charge this straight to your account.
Damages:
If the item is returned with minor damages, the hirer must pay the repair costs- this is in addition to rental fees. If the item comes back in a condition beyond repair (as determined by the dry cleaners and By Tuesday) the hirer must pay full RRP cost of the item- this is in addition to rental fees. By Tuesday holds the right to charge this straight to your account.
Postage:
We offer rentals Australia wide!
For postal hires there is an additional cost of $30 for express postage. The hire will arrive with a prepaid and pre filled satchel for easy returns. A photo of ID is also required for all postal hires, this must be sent through Instagram DM before postage.
Postal hires are shipped out from By Tuesday Rentals on the Tuesday morning of the week of the hire (unless organised otherwise)- to arrive on the Thursday or Friday. The hire must be posted back to By Tuesday Rentals the following Monday (unless organised otherwise), failure to so do will incur a $10 late fee per day. By Tuesday holds the right to charge this straight to your account. By Tuesday Rentals is not liable for any delays caused by Australia Post.
